• 1 asterisk of an anisetree
• salt
• ground black pepper

Wash up tomatoes, remove a fruit stem. It is not required to cut tomatoes on part. In a big pan pour water and will boil it. Throw tomatoes into the boiling water and cook them on strong fire within 5 minutes. Ready tomatoes should be cast away on a colander and to grind through a steel sieve. • 1 kg of tomatoes
• 1 kg of onions
• 2 kg of sweet paprika (various flowers)
• 4 big pods of hot pepper
• 200 ml of vegetable oil
• 2 Art. of vinegar (9%)
• 2 Art. of sugar
• 2 h. l. salts
• 14 garlic gloves
• 14 peas of black pepper
• 14 peas of allspice

In the blender or the meat grinder crush the washed tomatoes, sweet and burning pepper (it is not necessary to clear of seeds) and onions. Pour the received sauce in a pan to cook within 30 minutes from the moment of boiling. Cook sauce on weak fire, stirring slowly from time to time. In 30 minutes add vegetable oil, sugar, salt, pepper, the crushed garlic to sauce. Uvarite ketchup to desirable density. Spread out ready house ketchup on banks and roll up.
