The novel "Empire V" ("the Empire style "In". The story about the real superperson") left in November, 2006. In its name the word-play is put: the phrase Empire V can be translated as the Empire of V, but in it the word "vampire" is also beaten (both in Russian, and in English option).
The main character of the novel — Roman Aleksandrovich Shtorkin, quite ordinary young man. Will of a case it meets the vampire by the name of Bramah who has to commit suicide because of defeat in duel of vampires. Before death it gives to Roma "language" — the vampirichesky essence allowing to read mind of people or other vampires, having tried their blood.
So Roma stops being the person and becomes the vampire. Now his name is not Roma, but Rama (by vampirichesky tradition it took a name of one of human gods) but to become the vampire, the name is a little simple to replace — it is necessary to change a mentality. Therefore Rama is accepted to studying of two the sciences, main for vampires: glamour and discourse. Unlike people, vampires do not give in to a glamour and a discourse, and have to control them. Also Rama should master this knowledge.
Gradually Rama starts accustoming to society of vampires, but the he learns more, the more at it appears new questions. Whether it will manage to Rama to become the in the world of vampires and completely to adapt for life after the address?
