To cook Thai soup with coconut milk, we need to take the following ingredients:

  • 3,75 Art. of coconut milk
  • 120 g of chicken fillet
  • 3-4 chili peppers
  • 2 pieces of green onions
  • 2 escapes of a lemon sorghum
  • 1,5 limes
  • 1 tbsps of fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoons of leaves of a coriander + leaves for laying

We pour out coconut milk in a stewpan and slightly we heat, without allowing to begin to boil. We cut chicken fillet strips, we crush a lemon grass and we cut large pieces. We put strips of chicken meat and pieces of a lemon sorghum in coconut milk, we add fire that milk slightly pobulkivat a little and we cook chicken meat about 4 minutes until meat becomes soft. The stewpan should not be covered!

The green onions are cut by ringlets. Chili pepper is peeled of seeds and small we slice. We add onions and Chile to a stewpan with soup. We increase fire for a while, then we remove a stewpan from fire. We squeeze out juice of a lime and we add it to soup together with fish sauce and leaves of a coriander, we mix soup. Before giving we spill soup on plates and we decorate with coriander leaves.
