As it is correct to drink tequila
Tequila — is the national Mexican drink made of a plant an agave. Mexicans think of culture of drink of tequila very much. They precisely know how it is correct to drink tequila!
If you drink tequila for the first time, do not try to drink off a shot glass. At first taste drink absolutely slightly and feel its taste. Believe, the drunk-off shot glass of bad tequila can beat off desire to taste tequila again for a long time. By the way, on a label of qualitative tequila it has to be written "a 100-% agave". The real tequila is made in Mexico, in the state of Jalisco. Other countries only spill it in bottles.
Mexicans usually drink pure tequila from small shot glasses with a massive bottom, without mixing drink with anything. Some tasters prefer glasses with the made narrower top. But the most known direction of use of tequila — with salt and a lime. To make drink less bitter, it is diluted with cold water which pour through the sugar cube lying on a special spoon. Water besieges essential oils of a wormwood therefore the diluted absinthe liqueur grows turbid. It is best of all to dilute absinthe liqueur in a proportion 1:3 or 1:5. There are some ways to drink absinthe liqueur.
As it is correct to drink absinthe liqueur: Russian way
At first sugar syrup prepares, for this purpose sugar needs to be dissolved in water. Then sugar syrup is poured in absinthe liqueur in the necessary proportion. It is also possible to drink absinthe liqueur with evaporation of alcoholic vapors: at first you inhale fumes through a tubule for cocktail, and then finish drinking warm absinthe liqueur. Some drink undiluted absinthe liqueur in the small portions (oky 30 g), but the real judges of drink do not recommend this way.
As it is correct to drink absinthe liqueur: Czech way
The special spoon with openings or patterns undertakes (see drawing), through it large drops pass one part of absinthe liqueur. Then sugar is set fire, and the turned-out substance dripped absinthe liqueur. The received mix is diluted with three parts of water. The turned-out liquid can light up so be careful! If absinthe liqueur lit up, at once add water — drink will lose fortress and will go out. It is also possible to heat a special spoon, to put on it a cube of sugar and to pour on it absinthe liqueur — then absinthe liqueur will turn out warmed up.
As it is correct to drink absinthe liqueur: French way
One part of absinthe liqueur is poured in a glass, sideways from it the special spoon is put. The sugar cube is put on it, and through it three parts of water are poured in a glass. Sugar is dissolved in water, respectively, water will be sweet and will help to reduce bitterness of absinthe liqueur. They say that the French feminists — only without sugar so drank absinthe liqueur. Instead of water it is possible to mix absinthe liqueur with pounded ice (the same proportions, 1:3).
As it is correct to drink whisky
Whisky came to us from Scotland. Strict rules of the use of whisky are not present, but Scots in response to a question "As it is correct to drink whisky?" tell about the rule of five S:
Whisky is drunk approximately the same as cognac. At first it is necessary to inhale aroma of drink and to feel all scale of a smell. Then taste whisky and take drink in a mouth a little to feel its rich taste and to taste drink. Then it is possible to take the first sip. After that whisky is possible and it is necessary to dilute with water — so aroma and taste of drink will reveal much more stoutly.
