Окрошка быстраяOkroshka - one of the most popular summer dishes. Ease and speed of preparation, pleasant taste is your draft of a cool in summer heat. Cook okroshka differently, as a basis take both kvass, and kefir, and serum, and simply water. The main ingredients of okroshka is potatoes, eggs, meat or meat products, fresh cucumbers and greens. At will it is possible to add to okroshka also other ingredients, for example, a fresh garden radish or beet.

Okroshka fast

For preparation of okroshka it is required to you:

  • water - 2-2,5 l
  • potatoes - 3-4 pieces of averages in size of tubers
  • cucumbers - 2-3 pieces of averages by the size
  • eggs - 5 pieces.
  • sausage boiled - 300-400 g
  • green onions - to taste
  • fennel - to taste
  • sour cream - to taste
  • mayonnaise - to taste
  • lemon juice, salt - to taste

Preparation

The water intended for okroshka needs to be boiled about to leave to cool down.

To boil potatoes in a uniform, to cool, clear. To boil hard boiled eggs (about 8-10 minutes after boiling).

To cut potatoes, eggs, the washed-up cucumbers and sausage in small cubes. To mix.

To taste to add small cut green onions, and also other greens (fennel, parsley) to okroshka.

To dress with sour cream and mayonnaise to taste and to fill in with the prepared water. To mix. To salt to taste. To acidify lemon juice.

To put okroshka in a cool place for insisting. To give chilled.
