Recipe of pies with onions and egg
Prepare tasty onions and eggs pies in our way – and you will not regret! Adhere to proportions as in the recipe, and at you everything will turn out. It is a little time, your efforts – and everything is ready!
- milk — 0,5 l
- yeast instant — 10 g
- wheat flour of the premium — 1 kg
- butter — 100 g
- sugar — 3 tablespoons.
- eggs — 15 pieces
- green onions — 200 g
- olive oil — 3 tablespoons.
- vegetable oil
Way of preparation:
- Boil 14 pieces of hard boiled eggs, and one leave crude.
- Cut oil on cubes and put in small capacity. Kindle on a plate, without bringing to boiling. Pour in milk, add sugar, yeast and prisolit. Sift several times a flour and too pour out to ingredients.
- Now knead dough. It has to turn out soft and magnificent. Put in a dark, warm place to approach.
- Further we pass to preparation of a stuffing. Wash onions and crumble it a knife. Cut eggs with small slices. Connect onions to eggs and add olive oil, salt and carefully mix.
- Prepare a chopping board, powder it with a flour and lay out dough there. Divide it into parts, identical by the size, and roll everyone with a rolling pin. In core of circles put a stuffing and pinch dough. It is possible to give to pies any form: boats, round, envelope, etc. Everything depends on your desire.
- Plentifully oil a baking sheet or a form vegetable and lay out pies. Leave to be drawn for about 25 minutes.
- Shake up egg and grease with it a surface of pies.
- Place a baking sheet in the warmed oven to 200 degrees. Bake about 30 minutes.
